En finca Katharina Pacaya estamos comprometidos con la preservación del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, de la misma manera que promovemos el desarrollo social alrededor de este lugar donde uno de los mejores café es cosechado.
Además velamos por el bienestar de cada uno de nuestros colaboradores, brindándoles sales minerales con dextrosa al inicio de sus jornadas de trabajo para que permanezcan hidratados, así como también se fundó la Escuelita Santa Katharina para que todos aprendieran a leer y escribir, entre otros.
Es importante mencionar que la finca Katharina Pacaya es miembro de Anacafé (Asociación Nacional del Café) como Productor - Exportador, lo que permite que nuestro café pase fronteras. Actualmente se han vendido microlotes de café en una tostaduría Alemana.

We also look after the well-being of each of our collaborators, providing them with mineral salts with dextrose at the beginning of their work days so that they remain hydrated, as well as the Santa Katharina School was founded so that everyone could learn to read and write, among others.
